⚙ CI GATES · hardening so quality is enforced, not hoped-for
  • Redo-vici Rust Gates: DONE — GREEN + REQUIRED. Fixed at source (OpenSSL dep dropped, test compile, DB connection limit, canonical fmt) and it immediately caught a real schema-drift bug. 7,531 tests pass.
  • collab-suite pipeline: healed. Found + fixed the big one — a host-global process-kill in the loom e2e teardown was assassinating every concurrent CI job (30-min zombies). Fixed per-run (#1429), runner fleet scaled 7→30, queue 100→0, ~60 merges/hr. e2e gets promoted to required after a clean green streak.
  • Hardening program running now — singleton-sweep across all repos' CI, red-noise cleanup, nightly backlog-truth reconciler, durable control-plane state — every incident from tonight becomes a permanent fix.
